These terms apply to your use of funnestbeds.com and purchases from FunNest Beds, operated by FunToys Emporium LLC. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the linked policies.
Shopping with us
You must be an adult able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate contact and delivery information and use the site lawfully. Keep account login details private and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Products and prices
All prices are in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout when they apply. Color may look different across screens, and textile measurements may vary slightly. Review the selected option and dimensions before ordering; outer measurements do not necessarily describe the usable sleeping surface.
Product descriptions explain the information available for that bed. The collection is for supervised indoor pet rest. Beds are not chew toys, restraint devices or medical products. Stop use if a bed becomes damaged and keep filling and packaging away from pets and children.
Orders and corrections
An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of an order, not acceptance of every item. We may decline or cancel an order if we cannot fulfill it, if a price or description contains a material error, or if we reasonably suspect misuse. If a correction affects an order, we will contact you with the available choices. If a canceled order has been charged, we refund the affected amount.
Delivery and returns
We ship to the contiguous 48 states. Processing, transit estimates and fees are explained in our Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, return shipping responsibilities and refund timing are explained in our Refund Policy. These policies form part of these terms. If delivery is delayed, contact us so we can help investigate and arrange a reasonable resolution.
Content and site access
Site design and original written content belong to FunNest Beds or their respective rights holders. You may use the site for personal shopping. Do not interfere with site security, misuse forms or copy content for commercial distribution without permission.
Responsibility
Use each bed according to its listed dimensions, care instructions and any included product directions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of a product or interruptions outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Privacy and changes
Our Privacy Policy explains information handling and cookie choices. We may update these terms; the version in effect when an accepted order was placed applies to that order.
