We deliver to the contiguous 48 United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, APO/FPO/DPO addresses or destinations outside this area.

Order processing: 1–3 business days

We prepare orders during business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Processing time begins after an order is accepted and is separate from time in transit.

Transit: 4–12 business days

After dispatch, allow an estimated 4–12 business days for standard delivery. The combined planning window is approximately 5–15 business days from acceptance. These are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weather, holidays, carrier disruptions and address issues may add time.

Standard shipping costs

The threshold applies to the merchandise subtotal before any applicable tax. Shipping charges are shown before an order is placed.

Tracking and delivery

Tracking details are provided when available after dispatch. Orders may arrive in separate parcels. Check the shipping address carefully, including apartment details and ZIP code. Contact us promptly if an address needs correction; changes after dispatch may not be possible.

If a delivery takes longer

If an order is delayed or tracking appears stalled, contact us so we can investigate. If we cannot ship within the stated processing window, we will tell you about the delay and offer the choice to accept a revised dispatch date or cancel for a refund. You may contact us about a missing, damaged or incorrectly delivered parcel at any time.
